
In Outlook, you see a separate section of the calendar where you can manage all your calendars. Once down, click on "OK" and you will see the new quick step is added. A prompt will appear where you have to give this quick step a name, choose an action from the drop-down menu, assign a shortcut key, and complete other settings.
